HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA PUTERI DENGAN PERILAKU KEBERSIHAN DIRI DAERAH KEWANITAAN DI SMA NEGERI I PREMBUN KEBUMEN

Background: Reproduction health education is one alternative for providing information to adolescent know how to keep women's reproductive health in order to avoid the diseases of the reproductive organs. From the results of frequently asked questions on schoolgirl Prembun Kebumen form of questions about health and hygiene behavior in 15 female students of local female daughter, obtained 70% female students who had no knowledge about health and behavior of feminine hygiene area. Objective: To know the relationship between the level of knowledge about reproductive health of teenage daughter with the feminine hygiene behavior in SMA Negeri I Prembun Kebumen 2010. Method: This descriptive analytic cross sectional approach. Subjects were female adolescent in SMA N I Prembun Kebumen science class two numbering 78 students. Using Chi Square test. Results: The results showed that most respondents have a sufficient level of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health that is as many as 40 female students (51%). While respondents have positive attitudes about feminine hygiene area that is counted 60 female students (77%). Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is the level of respondent knowledge about reproductive health enough. And there is a relationship of reproductive health knowledge and female adolescent with the feminine hygiene behavior in SMA N I Prembun Kebumen 2010. It demonstrated the value of χ 2 countdown 15.960> χ 2 5.991 table then the alternative hypothesis accepted.
